Smart Iron
After watching the video on the new Smart Iron, answer the following questions in paragraph format, at least 3 sentences, correct spelling and grammar: What is your opinion of the Smart Iron? Who do you think would buy this? What do you think about the cost? Is this a reasonable price for the iron?
I think its stupid and pointless. I think rich people would buy this item or people that want it just to have it, just another want in the world! You could use that money for food, cloths, a new T.V. but no a smart iron, people would rather waste there money on a smart iron. No its not why would you spend $1,000 on a smart iron when you can just use a regular one whats so wrong with a iron.

ReplyDeleteI think the smart iron isn't worth it. People are too lazy nowadays. All you have to do is have a much cheaper iron and you will get the same outcome. I don't understand why it's $1000
DeleteMy opinion on this smart iron is i think its stupid. No one needs too spend over 30 on an iron to make your shirt or pants look crisp. Its a waste of money when you can use a regular iron. They all do the same thing.
ReplyDeleteI think that the iron is useless because nowadays we have washers that do that.I think that housewives would buy this. The cost is way to much for an iron. No one even uses irons any more.
ReplyDeleteI think it is a cool idea that it links to your phone to show you things about ironing. I think the only people who would buy these are people who own ironing stores like dry cleaners, laundry places. I think it costs to much. This is not a reasonable price for this product.

I think the cost is way to much for a "smart" iron, $100 would barley be reasonable in my book. This is in no way reasonable their is 100% cheaper alternatives that are just like this but for way less money.

ReplyDeleteI think the Smart Iron is worth it. People that would buy this are business people. I think the cost should be around 600-700 dollars, it's to much for it.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion the smart iron is a nice idea but a lot of money, it is not worth it. The iron may take a lot of steps to do to just iron a shirt or clothes. I think people who would use this would be people who do not like wrinkly clothes. The cost is a lot for a simple object.

ReplyDeleteMy opinion about the Smart Iron is it's a waste of money. I said that because seems like it does what every other iron does, and they gave it nice advertisement so they can persuade you to get it and make it seem so special. So overall you should not get this product. J.W.
ReplyDeleteI think the Smart Iron is an overpriced invention that isn't worth the money. It is way too much money for a flat iron with Bluetooth compatible with it. I would rather stay with the regular iron that does the job as the Smart Iron.

ReplyDeleteI think the smart iron is very much over priced!I personally would not buy that iron for $1300 dollars. The people that would probably buy it would be those who like trying new things with irons and have the money to buy it or those who don't know what to spend their money on. The price is too high for a smart iron it would be understandable if it did more things but in this case for that price you still manually have to iron yourself
ReplyDeleteWhat I think about the Smart Iron is that it look just like the regular iron. There isn't a big difference between Smart Iron and regular one. I think it's really a waste of money.
ReplyDeleteMy opinion of the smart iron is that it is WAY overpriced and WAY overthought. People for years have just ironed the old fashion way and it has worked find. I don't think you need to spend $1,400 or more to iron your clothes. Maybe a high-end laundromat would use it but that would probably be the only person to get the money back out of it.
ReplyDeleteMy opinion on the smart iron is that the new iron can actually be helpful when ironing because of the Bluetooth feature that gives you instructions on how to iron correctly. I think that business men and/or celebrities will buy this product because it will actually give them the very crisp feeling of the shirt that they want. I think that the cost is a little outrageous because the iron only have a couple of new features more than regular irons.
ReplyDeleteMy opinion on the Smart Iron is that it not that useful, its too much money for what you getting, a normal iron will do good as the Smart Iron and its to complicated for a simple thing. Who will buy this or think, people who have money to waste or have a ton. I think about the cost is its overpriced 1400$ is to much for this Smart Iron thing. The price should be around 100-200$ or even less but not 1400$.

ReplyDeleteI think that the smart iron is stupid. There is no point in getting a $1400 iron board just so that it will connect to you phone. It is way over priced and is a rip off.
ReplyDeleteThe Smart Iron is a neat way to combined technology with household jobs. However is it something that you should spend your heard earned money on? I think not. Even though it is hand, it is not necessary.
ReplyDeleteThis is suck a waste of money honestly. Like why spend so much money on a iron when people don't even iron that much anymore. Instead of making all these apps no one will use why don't they just go outside and play or do something because no one would buy that most likely.
ReplyDeleteSmart iron is not useful nobody irons. Old people are the only ones to iron and if they can barely work a phone how they gonna work Bluetooth. So this iron is not useful at all.
